Niyama Lip Glaze

I bought two of these lip glazes – One in Rosebud (On the left in the pic) and the other in Naturally Nude. The Rosebud one looks like a deep red in the tube, but goes on quite sheer. It contains cocoa butter, so there’s a subtle scent of cocoa butter, nothing too strong. The colour is sheer, and pretty. It doesn’t look or feel like lip gloss, but more like a tinted lip balm. It’s not bad, but the colour could be deeper.

The Naturally Nude has no colour, and feels a bit thin on my lips, as though I need to apply more of it. I like my lip balms to be thicker on my lips.

The packaging is adorable, I really like the look of it. I don’t know if I’d repurchase since I didn’t really like the Naturally Nude one, but I’d consider buying the Rosebud one again.

Crazy Rumors Lip Balms

Crazy Rumors is a lip balm, and their lip balms are natural and vegan, which I love. I’ve tried two lip balms from Crazy Rumors: Peppermint Twist, and Cola (Which is pictured here). I love the scents these lip balms come in! The Cola one smells like those candy cola bottles you can get, and the Peppermint one smells just like the name: Peppermint! The lip balms themselves are very moisturising, and they glide easily across my lips. I love the packaging, the whole retro feel of the tube is very cool. I'd definitely buy them again.

Pixi Rose Lip Treat

I bought this cute lip tint in Lip Petal, from Pixi, a company I haven’t tried before. In the picture I’ve posted, it looks like a peach colour, but on my lips, it’s a sheer pink shade. It feels moisturising on my lips, and I like how it’s a sheer colour, meaning I can put it on without using a mirror if needs be. I really like the tube it comes in – I think the rose pattern on it is very sweet (I'm a sucker for pretty packaging!). To me, there is no scent to it.
I’ll definitely be repurchasing this one!

John Masters Organic Lip Calm

I purchased this lip balm, after hearing good things about it, and I’m happy to say it lives up to the hype. The scent is a lovely citrus smell, and the lip balm itself is smooth and easy to apply. When I get dry lips, this balm is very moisturising and makes them feel better once more. The packaging itself is quite plain, and there’s no colour or tint the balm, which is fine by me.

Overall, I really like this balm, it’s one I would buy again as I love the smell of it, and find that it actually moisturizes my lips!

My Lip Stuff lip Balms

I love lip balms, they're one of my many loves in life! So when I discovered My Lip Stuff a couple of years ago, I was delighted. A lip balm company that has over 500 flavors? I’m there! I’ve ordered quite a few flavours over the years from My Lip Stuff, my favourites being “Strawberry Milkshake”, and “Blueberry Pie”. The balms themselves are thick without being greasy, and moisturise really well.I also like how natural they are, so I know I'm not putting anything bad on my lips. Worth getting if you love lip balms!

Burt’s Bees Honey Lip Balm.

As I posted before, I love Burt’s Bees hand cream, and so I tried this lip balm from Burt’s Bees. The packaging is cute, like all of Burt's Bees stuff. The honey smell is sweet but subtle, making it great for those who don’t want an overpowering scent. The actual balm itself is a little waxy for my liking, and on my lips can feel a bit thin, as though I need to apply more. I tend to like my lip balms a bit thicker, so this isn’t a favourite of mine. But it’s not a must-have of mine. I would grab it, if I  really needed some lip balm quickly, since it’s available in most stores, and at a reasonable price. But it’s not a must-have of mine.

Badger Balm: Cocoa Butter Lip Balm

I am a lover of lip balms. I buy them all the time, and I can rarely open a drawer in my house without finding at least one lip balm in there. So I like to try out all different kinds of lip balms. This one, from Badger balm (In Creamy Cocoa), is very nice. It has a lovely subtle cocoa smell, and it’s thick without being heavy. I really like to use this in winter, I find it stops my lips from drying out, and is great for those days when the wind is fierce. It comes in a large tube, larger than the average lip balm, but this means it lasts quite a while. The tube has a cute picture of a badger on it, and the packaging is quite nice overall. It glides on smoothly, and feels creamy on my lips. It also lasts for a while, meaning I don’t have to constantly reapply.Overall, I really like this lip balm - It's great for dry lips, and smells lovely.
